Travel grants

Option 1: IAS student member travel grant. The criteria and the guidlines can be found here. Deadline: 31 March, 2026. In the case of eligible applications exceeding the travel grant budget the default position will be to award them to on a first come first served basis using the time and date of submission through the IAS member portal. | Option 2: IAVCEI travel grant. You can participate in the competition by checking the appropriate tickbox on the registration page (Pre-registration page and Abstract upload page - both ticks are necesarry). The condition for participation is existing, active IAVCEI membership, entering your IAVCEI ID on the registration page, and active participation on the conference (oral presentation is preferred). Decisions on applications will be made by the local organizing committee. The following factors will be given priority in the selection process: abstract quality, early career researcher, low-income country origin. | ![]() |
